We are a family run poultry business nestled on the banks of the river Otter in the Blackdown Hills AONB, we have an opportunity for someone with no experience necessary and willing to work outdoors all year round,you will be responsible for feeding, cleaning out, bedding up and monitoring the health of our flocks of free-range table chickens over the weekends from 9am – 1pm Sat. Sun.

We are a family run Poultry abattoir and cutting plant and we need an enthusiatic, thorough person with an eye for detail to help us with our cleaning duties. Applicants will be expected to clean, disinfect and sanitize various pieces of equipment used for poultry processing, they would be expected to adhere to the strict protocols that are part of all food production businesses.
Applicants must have a high standard of personal hygiene and will have PPE and training provided. You will be expected to work independently to a very high standard in a non-smoking environment. A full driving license would be an advantage
Shift is Friday 6am-5pm

We have 3 part time vacancies at our friendly, family run poultry production facility. If you have an eye for detail and a commitment to helping us to produce top quality organic and free-range chicken products then this role would suit you. You will be working one day a week (Fri) from 6am until 5pm at our farm located facility nestled on the banks of the river Otter in the beautiful Blackdown Hills AONB. The role involves direct handling of food products during a production run and helping to clean down after. No experience necessary.
