Organic & Free-range Turkey

Our Organic Free-range Bronze feathered Turkeys are reared to exceptionally high standards assured by the Soil Association.

Reared for 24 weeks on our Local Organic Devon Farms using traditional farming methods with a diet of organic feed supplemented by foraging across organic pastures our organic and free range turkeys receive the best of everything.

After careful transportation and handling, the turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished then hung for ten days or more giving them an exquisitely succulent texture and full rich flavour.
